I'd a good 1st time experience here on a Sunday. Staff is polite, professional, punctual for laundry pick-ups & drop-offs. Only reason from my 1 personal experience that I could see people may give 4 stars is because there is 1 competitor on SI with 24 hour service, but I prefer to try supporting businesses like this laundromat who value employee work-life balance alongside customer service.

One of the best laundromats I ever have done business with. Great employers honest owner, straight shooter, good pricing, fast service, and I strongly recommend them to get your laundry done, either for delivery or go there and use their nice easy to use machines. Very good service! Not many places I would take my time up to write a review for ! I will continue to use them for all my laundry!

Nice staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean washer and dryer machines with reasonable pricing. As well as clean bathroom. Plenty of machines and a variety of sizes too. Free pick up and delivery for your laundry as well. This has been the cleanest laundormat I've been to so far on the island and I think I found my go to spot for my laundry now!

Metro Laundromat on Arthur Kill Rd is the best in Staten Island. Dropped off a huge load Thursday night, picked up Friday afternoon perfectly folded. 24-hour turnaround is real!
